Embossed aluminum sheet is calendered to form aluminum products with various patterns on the surface on the basis of mill finish aluminum sheets. It is widely used in many fields.

Application

Coated Embossed Aluminum Sheets
The color-coated embossed aluminum sheets are coated on the surface by a roller coater, and the surface coating and coloring treatment of the aluminum sheet is carried out. Common coatings are PE and PVDF.
After the surface of the embossed aluminum sheets are colored, it will form a continuous solid film with strong adhesion. It has the characteristics of protection and decoration, and can endow colorful aluminum products with rich colors, good gloss and smoothness, and superior texture and feel.
