Embossed aluminum sheet is achieved by processing the mill finish aluminum sheet/coil through embossing rollers.
Under the opposing action of double-sided embossing rollers, mill finish aluminum sheet/coil surface will form a certain embossing pattern.
- The common pattern is classic orange peel embossing pattern and variety orange peel embossing pattern. The process provide aluminum surface light reducing reflectivity and glare.
- Therefore, it’s perfect material to reduce decoration sheet surface reflectivity, and has excellent performance on facing with sun, wind, rain, sand and dirty. Changes in appearance will be consistent along an elevation.
- After the process of embossing, cutting, embossed aluminum sheet will form the surface with a dense layer of aluminum oxide protective film.
